We don’t build heaters for fancy showrooms. We build them for the shop floor—where the work is real, the days are long, and downtime is not an option. Our 400V halogen quartz tube heaters are all about one thing: focused, no-nonsense heat. Right where you need it. And without the bulk that gets in your way.
Power, packed into a small space
Here’s the thing about that 400V input on a 300mm tube. It’s intentional. It lets us pack 2500W of power into a tight footprint, so you get serious heat density and a fast warm-up. And because it’s higher voltage, it pulls less current than lower-voltage units. That means you can use thinner wire and cut down on line losses. But with that kind of power density, it’s worth making sure your machine’s cooling is set up to handle the extra warmth in the air.
Built to take the heat—again and again
The quartz envelope handles the shock of rapid on/off cycles without cracking under pressure. Inside, the halogen cycle keeps the filament stable, so the lamp stays bright and consistent over time—no blackening, no surprises. We finish it off with an R7s connector—standard, bi-pin, straightforward. Wiring it up is fast, secure, and drop-in. No custom brackets. No headaches.
Heat that goes straight to work
This setup is made for industrial jobs that need focused, non-contact heating—think plastic forming, curing adhesives, or pre-heating parts. Radiant heat delivers energy straight to the target, so you’re not wasting time and energy heating the air around it. For you, that means quicker cycles, temperature control you can trust, and a heater that shows up, day after day, and just gets the job done.
