By using a high-purity quartz envelope and ditching the adhesives and organic binders, we’ve made something that just doesn&amp;rsquo;t shed. Even when you&amp;rsquo;re putting it through extreme heat cycles, it stays stable. Just one tip: use high-temp lead wires. If you don&amp;rsquo;t, the insulation near the lamp ends might melt.&#xA;One last thing—be gentle.&#xA;Quartz can handle the heat, but it hates being dropped or bumped. And please,&lt;strong&gt;wear gloves&lt;/strong&gt;when you handle them.
